Document Obtainment

We assist you in obtaining official Dutch documents from the relevant authorities, so that you do not need to travel, queue or deal with complex procedures yourself. This service is available for both individuals and companies who need documents for use abroad.

Types of documents we can obtain
• Birth, marriage, divorce certificates or any other personal extracts from the local mulnicipal offices
• Police Clearance Certificate (VOG) for individuals or companies
• Extract from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK)
• Other official documents upon request
How the process works

    You send us a scan or photo of your existing documents (if any) and explain which document you need.
  • 2
    We confirm feasibility, processing time and fees, and let you know if any power of attorney or additional information is required.
  • 3
    We apply for the document at the relevant authority and keep you updated on the progress.
  • 4
    If needed, we can also arrange notarization, translation, apostille or embassy legalization for the newly obtained document.
  • 5
    The final document is delivered to you by courier or registered mail (in case you need the original).
